Register as a service buyer and post your project.
Wait for service providers to bid your project immediately!
The service provider will work immediately after the contract with you has been signed.
Confirm release payment to service provider upon receipt of final works.
     
How to post project?

1. Register as a Buyer for FREE if you are not a member yet.

2. After login, click 'POST PROJECT' on the main page or bottum menu.

3. Select your project category.

4. Set your project name for quick reference.

5. Write your project description as detail as possible.

6. Determine the project bidding period by number of bidding day(s).

7. Set the expected delivery date of services.

8. Set your project price range or budget.

9. Specify the format of finished works.

10. Specify who will be the owner of final works.

11. Upload any instruction file or sample for reference.

How to select bidder?

1. Login and go to My Account.

2. On the right menu, click 'Project Posted' under Buy Service Progress.

3. On your project list, click on 'Choose Winning Bids' for a particular project.

4. Review the bidders on the list. If you still cannot determine the winners, contact us and ask for detail proposals or specific portfolio of the bidders.

5. If you are ready to give the project to the winner, check the box for the bidder and press 'GO' at the bottom of the bidder list.

6. Wait for the selected winner to confirm.

7. After the winner has confirmed to your selection, our customer service team will send you a contract with your project details.

8. Refine the final scope of project and the winner will start working for you!

How to make a contract?

1. Our customer service team will send you a contract based on your project details.

2. Both you and selected elancer (service provider) will sign on the contract.

3. Specify the detailed work scope, revisions, final work submission date, and payment method.

4. We will secure your project payment, and only release it to the elancer upon your approval.

5. You can contact the elancer after the contract has been duly signed.

6. We will coordinate the project status and amount of work complete together with the elancer.

How to make payment?

We support online payment through PayPal.

1. Project payment will be made upon completion of project.

2. We only send the funds to the service provider according to the contract terms and after the project is complete.

3. The money transfer fee for the selected payment method is determined by the payment agent/bank.
